Turning Lynne’s vision into a reality has become a passion for Nicole and Buffy. Lynne’s desire was to show everyone who would come, to be able to experience the little slice of paradise known as Playa Miramar. Lynne Rost, who was Nicole’s mother, built Casa de Lynne, M9 L7, over thirty years ago and ten years later, Casita de Lynne, M9 L6, was constructed. Lynne would escape to the casita for months at a time to relax, to swim, and to walk the beach. After Lynne passed in 2018, Nicole and Buffy wanted to continue the legacy. In June 2018, Nicole introduced her family to Lynne’s little slice of paradise. When visiting the casita, Nicole and family wash away all the stress of the hustle and bustle of life. We decided to reinvest and revitalize the Casita and honor mom. We are a small blended family who wants to extend our welcome and allow you to visit what is now our slice of paradise.

Our property is not close to the city life of Rocky Point. We are located 20-25 minutes outside of town and many of the properties are owned by families. Vacation is a time to relax, but if your scene is the “bar life”, Playa Miramar is not for you. With the exception of a pod of dolphins or a school of fish, the beach is relatively private.
